Hundreds of local organisations from across the region took part in the inaugural Southampton Business Expo which took place recently at The Ageas Bowl.
Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, The Daily Echo and The Breeze were among the companies exhibiting at the region’s biggest business show, which was organised to help small and medium sized businesses in Southampton to network and to encourage them do business with each other. The founder of B2B Expos, the nationwide network of business shows, Matthew Larcome told us how delighted he with the event. Mr Larcome told us, “The Southampton Business Expo was an excellent show. The event attracted hundreds of local businesses and I’d like to thank everyone involved. We would also like to say a special thank you to Silver Lining for sponsoring the business expo and helping to make the event possible.” Organisers are now preparing to run the event again next year and are encouraging those who’d like to be involved to get in touch. Southampton businesses are gearing up for the annual Southampton Business Expo which will be taking place on Thursday 24 November.
